How do I send enquiries for the prices?

1. Placing an Item in Your Cart
When you see an item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item. This puts the item into your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page where you can view all of the items you have added to your cart. From this page, you can change the quantity of each item you have selected and remove items if you have changed your mind. To shop for more products, click the button "Continue to add another products."
2. Sending your enquiries
Before you send your order/ enquiries, you will have the opportunity to review a detailed order summary, including the products to be ordered, and the total order amount. When you are satisfied with it, click " Send enquiry" to complete the checkout process, then you fill full information – your email, company, telephone number….into the text boxes, your order/ enquiries will be processed and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Notification will be sent by e-mail or fax within 7 - 10 working days before the container loading.

To maximize the container loading capacity, customer’s orders should be flexible in item and quantity (+ or - 10% variance allowance on quantity).

How many sets fit into a container?
When ordering products as one item per pallet, we can quickly and easily configure container loading quantities. But in today’s market, many of our clients see the advantages of spreading their purchase across a greater range of product per container, and as you can appreciate, because our products vary greatly in size and shape, it is impossible to have a standard answer into how many sets fit into a container.

Non-pallet loading: it means all items are arranged one by one until the container is full. This will take advantage of the maximum space. Therefore the total quantity is around 350-400 sets per 20’ container and 500-600 sets per 40’ container.

Pallet loading: a 20’ container will usually be loaded with 10 pallets of product - pallets usually contain 16-24 sets per pallet, based on 55cm (22”) dia x 40-50cm (16”-20”) high product - therefore between 160-240 sets. A 40’ container will usually be loaded with 20-22 pallets of product - therefore between 320-528 sets.
Now if we load bigger sets then the quantities lower and accordingly, to load smaller size sets will mean more sets per container. Please also note that big sized items may affect the container gross weight which should be under 25,000 kgs because someshipping lines may refuse higher weight rates.

How long does it take for one order?
At times we can ship Made to Order Orders within 45 days, with peak season orders requiring 60-75 days from time of order confirmation till the day the container departs from Vietnam.
Need stock in a hurry and can not wait for our normal production cycle?
We do carry good inventory stocks of our most popular items at all times and can therefore usually ship ex inventory orders within 7-14 days of confirmed orders.
What guarantee do you have when placing orders to an overseas factory?
We are licensed by the Vietnamese Government and must therefore follow and be accountable to the strict laws of the Vietnam Government. If we did not follow up our commitment to supply, our business License would be revoked, penalized.
